Easter is so Far AWAY

At least to a 4 year old it is!!! She is begging for Easter to start "RIGHT NOW"!! Oh, how long a week can be in the eyes of a 4 year old.

But we did kick start our Easter by trying on our Easter clothes and taking pictures next to our flowers and trees. Olivia also made a count down chain to count the days down until she gets her Easter basket and her surprise inside. We are highlighting one thing each day to teach her about the true significance of Easter and so far I think its holding her attention enough to endure the wait. So fun to see her get so excited but its also very hard to reason with a very insistent child!! Thank you to Nana and Grandpa for their package in the mail. The kids got so excited and it was a GREAT Easter relief to the wait.
