The weather has turned gorgeous and Fall like so we knew that for just a bit we had to take the family on an outing somewhere....so we ended up back at Eckert's apple picking!
It was such a struggle just to get out the door that Tom and I were asking ourselves why we thought this was a good idea but by the end you'll see that we had thumbs up from all the kids!
The kids were excited for the tractor wagon ride. They ended up taking us far away so we got quite the ride.
We picked Golden Delicious and Jonathan apples and all the kids got into picking!
Dylan and Olivia each got their own bag and then Daddy carried the big family one.
Once we got back and washed up an apple for each kid they got right down to enjoying their efforts.

The next morning the girls helped me make an apple crisp.
I had to attach these videos of Dylan breaking into song on the tractor wagon ride back from the apples.
He was having so much fun!
