Tom has been planning his derby car since the derby last year!
Work has been VERY busy since the start of the year so it was in question whether his car would get done but just before the start of the race this is what Tom was able to make.
His inspiration...
Tom held the Cub Scout pinewood derby and then the boys competed with the Elder's Quorum cars just afterward. This is an event that Tom runs and it has been a big success for two years now!
Next year they have already said the Elders Quorum is going to invite the Young Men and High Priests to participate too.
What will Tom make next year??? Uhhmmm....
