Day 1 - Montana Trip

Ready to get on an airplane and go see family!! Ashlyn has already been through one outfit by this point. It didn't take long. The kids were so excited to fly in an airplane.

Such good kids reading their emergency preparedness plan for the airplane! I think they liked the pictures.

The kids do GREAT flying!! Dylan was a little concerned on the landing in Denver by the noise and bumping. He looked at me with these big eyes clearly wanting to know if the situation was fine. I gave him a big smile and he was assured that all was fine.

I spotted the Billings Temple from the airplane during our descent into the airport. Of course a picture doesn't do it justice.

We were greeted at the airport by Jake, Nadine, baby Jacob, Grandpa, and Nana!!

Dylan was enthralled with.............the conveyor belt. He would watch it go around and around and he would "help" the luggage go through to the back. He was concerned where the luggage was going so he was shown that they come back around again. It was very exciting stuff to our little boy!!

Welcomed to Billings, MT.

Olivia realized that this vehicle had a sun roof so we tried it out on our way to dinner. The kids LOVED it and so when we reached the restaurant we let them explore what having a sun roof meant. Simple things bring such joy to an experience!!

We had dinner with all the family in town. It was a large gathering. Olivia had fun playing with several little girls just perfect for her to make friends. Dylan was quickly ready to run around and burn some energy off.

Olivia had fun playing with cousin Jacob at dinner. She is going to really love when Sister can play with her more. But for this trip she enjoyed getting an excited reaction out of her cousin!
