It's a New Year

silly boy is not suppose to get in the drawer so mommy took his picture and got him right out

It's a new year and I already feel overwhelmed.

My new church primary president calling is very stressful and I'm still very much learning the ropes. The transition to a new year was very stressful so I'm really hoping things will settle out. Speaking of church... my little Livie started Primary on Sunday!! She loved it! She loves her teacher and she loves her friends in her class so all went very well. Get this she is supposed to give a talk in Primary on Sunday. Probably should have gotten to that schedule before it went out to not have the little ones already speak but oh well. It might be Mommy speaking and Livie holding a pictures. We'll see how it goes. Then Dylan LOVED nursery and started attended a few months early because he just did so good in there. The very fist Sunday he was actually of age to be in there - he freaks out. He is going through a separation anxiety phase and Mom and Dad are never supposed to leave him - ever. So Nursery is hard right now.

Let's see - Dylan had his 18 month check up. He is 28 pounds and 9 ounces. I don't recall height... but he was 80% percentile for both weight and height. Good sized baby boy!!

Olivia and Daddy slept in her Princess Castle in her room Saturday night. Olivia was sad one time when Tom had a scout campout so Tom struck a deal that over his Christmas break they would sleep in her tent in the house. Tom didn't sleep very well that night with being on the floor and all but Livie loved it!!

Dylan has continued to say more and more words. He's newest two are "roar" and "night-night". So CUTE! He is doing better and better at eating solid food. Tonight he ate mandarin oranges!! Big Step! Certain solid foods have been a huge struggle for Dylan so any steps are very exciting to Mom and Dad.
